Nixus was founded in 2011 on a deliberate choice: to create a consultancy capable of working at the intersection of strategy, management and delivery, without the constraints typically associated with larger organisations.

The practice brings together experienced advisors, project managers and construction professionals who have chosen to work in a more focused, collaborative and accountable environment. This allows us to engage closely with our clients, respond dynamically to complex challenges and maintain clarity of purpose throughout the delivery process.
